KAJABI LOGIN
First and foremost, we will need you to create a user account for us to login and access your Kajabi backend. Here’s a quick tutorial how to add us to your account.

COPY
All website copy must be provided either from your existing pages or in a Google Doc. If copy is not provided, we will use Lorem Ipsum filler copy.

BRAND ASSETS
If you have an existing logo, photography, or other brand assets that you would like to use, we will need them all in a Google Drive or Dropbox folder.
01 APPLY & LET’S MEET!
I would love to get to know you and your business a little better before we set a date! Book a discovery call, fill out the vip application form, share your goals and expectations for your VIP design day. Being as detailed as possible will help us to get the most out of your design day.
02 Prepare
Sign the contract, pay the deposit (50%) and prepare all materials for your VIP Day. Before the big day, we’ll meet for a one-hour (1) strategy session to create a plan of action. It’s our goal to create clear expectations so that you love the results from your design day.
03 VIP DAY
The fun part begins! A full business day will be dedicated to your business. You will have our full undivided attention. During this day, my team and I will work independently. You should be available to answer any questions, approve designs and provide any needed material that would be great.
04 Wrap up and Hand-over
It’s a wrap! After your VIP day, we will provide you with your design assets directly in your Canva account or a provided Google Drive or Dropbox folder. You’ll receive a tutorial recording showing you around, how you can personally make edits.
05 REVISIONS AND SUPPORT
We don’t leave you hanging. You will also get 1 hour of revision within 7 days post-VIP day and 30 days of post-VIP day email support to answer any questions or tech issues.

Yes! You can stack your design days back-to-back or book a future date. Just let me know if this is something that you’re interested in. You’ll receive a 10% discount when purchasing two full design days.
(As a note, booking two design days works great for larger projects!)
No. Copywriting is not my area of expertise. You would provide all copy to me as part of your prep work. I highly recommend working with a copywriter for your sales pages or course content! I am happy to connect you with people that I recommend!
Yes, an initial deposit of 50% is due to reserve your slot, the 50% is due within 24 hours of your VIP design day.
Before our VIP day, I’ll need your design wishlist in the order of importance to you. I’ll also need all your assets. Before your design day, we’ll hop on a 1 hour strategy call and I’ll check in with you with any follow up questions. The more information we have upfront, the more we can get done!
Definitely not! On the VIP Day, we will communicate via Voxer, FB messenger, or WhatsApp (your choice) so you can answer any questions, approve designs and provide any additional materials.
